Prime Scotch Beef braised in Guinness Stout with diced onions and carrots on a shortcrust pastry base and topped with puff pastry. Served with a selection of fresh vegetables and chips or potatoes.

Strips of Chicken breast stir fried with peppers and onions in a blend of spices served on a sizzling platter with flour tortillas. Accompanied by grated cheddar cheese, guacamole and sour cream.

Pan fried loin of pork in a cider sauce served with savoy cabbage and fondant potato.

Steaks

Our steaks are prime Scotch beef and are served with wild mushrooms in a cream sauce, crispy shallots, roasted vine cherry tomatoes and fondant potato.
The steaks can be served with either of the following sauces for an additional £2.95 :-

Pepper - whole green and crushed black peppercorns flamed in brandy and finished with cream.

Diane – onions and mushrooms in a sherry cream sauce flavoured with Dijon mustard.

Surf and Turf – For an additional £3.50 you can have your steak with some delicious Tiger Prawns grilled with garlic butter.

Pan fried fillets of sea bass served on basmati rice with a cucumber and coriander salad.
