Bookings – It is our policy to request payment in full for the first (or only) night of your stay to secure a reservation. If you wish to make a reservation, please advise credit or debit card details (not American Express) – 16 digit number , 3 digit security number and start and expiry date .
Check in from 2pm onwards.
Check out – Mon to Fri 10am, Sat to Sun 11am.
Cancellation Policy – If you have to cancel your stay, a full refund will be given provided that you advise us no later than 48 hours before your planned arrival. If you fail to arrive without giving notice, you will be charged IN FULL for the first night of your intended stay. All our prices include VAT @ 20%. If your reservation is made on a non-refundable basis, please note that, if cancelled, modified or in the case of a no-show, no refund will be given.
Pets – No pets allowed in the rooms except guide dogs. Dogs are allowed in the lounge bar only.
Smoking – We have a strictly NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the entire premises including all bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas. If you smoke in our rooms you WILL be charged £100.00 to contribute to the extra cleaning required.
